OEC POEA

What is OEC POEA? OEA is a simple document that means Overseas Exit Clearance. Any or all overseas Filipino workers (OFW) will need this document if they want to go abroad. No overseas worker may leave for jobs abroad without the OEC.

You may apply for an Overseas Exit Clearance (OEC) at the POEA. To do this, you should accomplish the OFW information sheet plus a few supporting documents. Next move is to pay for the OWWA and Philhealth membership fee and POEA processing fee. If you want it to be delivered right in your doorstep, you will have to pay also the courier delivery service.
