"Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Completion of a Commercial Cookery qualification. Minimum 5+ year's experience as a Chef in cooking a variety of Italian cuisines is a requirement. A demonstrated background in fine dining / hated restaurant. Proven experience leading and training junior chefs.Exposure managing and cooking with fine produce.Experience within a high volume environment.Must have IELTS or evidence that they have completed 5 years of education at secondary level and/or higher with medium of instruction in English. Must have pleasing personality Must be Hardworking, Trustworthy and Reliable.With good commands of oral and written English. Can work under pressure.Perform other duties required. 5 Full-Time positions available."
