Responsibilities:

* To identify and appraise accident producing conditions and practices and evaluate of the severity of the accident problems.
* To develop accident prevention and loss control methods, procedures, and plan and programs.
* To communicate of accident and loss control information to those directly involved.
* To measure and evaluate of the effectiveness of the accident and loss control system and the modifications needed to achieve optimum results.
* To perform regularly a Safety inspection at each job sites.
* To prepare an annual safety plan and program, and revise this plan every year.
* To administer claim handling together with the Site Project Manager.
* To take part in every accident investigation.
* To plan and conduct Safety Training Programs.
* To oversee the safety regulations and related local law articles.
* To enforce safety rules
* To investigate the causes of all accidents and see that action to prevent recurrence is completed.
* To establish safe work practices and conditions
* To coordinate and cooperate with related authorities
* To improve health and safety performance in the Project job sites
* To attend HSE Coordination Meeting as and when required
* To prepare Safety Reports and submit to the HSE Manager
* To ensure compliance to the Risk assessments by the site staff
* To ensure compliance with provisions of the local regulations

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Age 30 - 48 years old
* Must be hard working.
* Can work with minimum supervision.
* With good communication skills.
