Job Description:
* Ensuring, by documentary evidence that all personnel involved with any lifting operations on the site, have been properly trained and assessed as competent to internationally recognized standards and that a copy of register is maintained on the site.
* Maintain IA Register of Competent Lifting Personnel PA's, Lifting Equipment Operators, and Riggers in their area of responsibility by updating CMAS as and when required.
* Generating lifting plans in the standard format for critical lifts (in assistance of Competent Engineer, if deemed necessary).
* Answer queries about the suitability of lifting equipment.
* Advise in respect of the development and execution of lifting plans and TRA's for critical lifts.
* Training and Competency assessment of Equipment Operators, Riggers and Banksmen.
* Inspect lifting equipment where requested to confirm continued fitness for use.
* Witness complex critical lifts.
* Ensure site wide compliance with the IA Ops Lifting Operations & Lifting Procedure requirements.
* Reporting any potential issues and/or hazards immediately to AA.
* Act as custodian of the IA Ops Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Procedure.
* Stopping unsafe work.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tobolsk City.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs and Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
